Product Short Description

Solvent-free, fast-setting EVA hot melt pellets/blocks for high-speed automated production lines. Budget-friendly, low odor, widely compatible with paper, wood, cardboard and common plastics.

Full Detailed Description

Overview

Our EVA hot melt adhesive is a classic thermoplastic bonding material based on ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. It melts under heating (130–180℃) and forms a solid bond simply through cooling physical solidification, no chemical curing required. It is the most economical and reliable solution for mass-standard industrial bonding scenarios.

Core Advantages

✅ Ultra-fast setting speed

Instant initial tack after cooling, greatly improving assembly line throughput and production efficiency.

✅ 100% solid, eco-friendly formula

Zero solvent, zero VOC emission, low odor, compliant with international environmental and food contact packaging standards.

✅ Easy processing & wide compatibility

Works perfectly with all standard hot melt glue machines, edge banders and automatic coating equipment. Bonds firmly on wood, MDF, cardboard, carton, leather, textiles, PVC and light plastic parts.

✅ Remarkable cost control

Low raw material cost, stable viscosity during continuous melting, less glue waste, effectively cutting overall production expenditure.

✅ Reworkable bonding

The adhesive layer can be re-melted by reheating, convenient for product rework and defective repair.
